       如果您是進行一般的腫瘤或者永生化細胞系的培養，推薦您選擇Bovogen公司的優級胎牛血清（貨號： SFBS-B，圖1），該血清可用于所有普通細胞系的培養，性價比高，有些客戶也用其進行干細胞的培養。在我們獨立進行的細胞增殖測試（HEK293和PC12）中，在促進HEK293細胞增殖方面與GIBCO公司的特級胎牛血清（貨號：16000-044）基本相當（圖3），而在促進PC12細胞增殖方面只比GIBCO公司的特級胎牛血清（貨號：16000-044）略差（圖4）。

       如果您是進行干細胞的培養，推薦您選擇GIBCO公司的特級胎牛血清（貨號：16000-044，圖2），該血清是GIBCO公司級別最高的血清，非常適合干細胞的生長。該款血清比GIBCO公司另外一款澳洲血源的優級胎牛血清（貨號：10099-141）質量更好，級別更高。

儲存

       該產品在 -15 ℃以下保存，保存期至少5年。

注意事項

1.        血清解凍最好采用緩慢解凍，把-15 ℃以下保存的血清放4℃冰箱中解凍約1天，待全部解凍后再分裝保存。

2.        除了一些非常特殊的實驗（補體參與的一些反應），一般不建議對血清進行熱滅活（56℃，30分鐘），熱滅活會降低血清的質量。

3.        血清中的絮狀沉淀物不會影響血清本身的質量，一般可不用處理。

4.        血清只能在4℃冰箱短期放置，長期保存必須在-15 ℃以下保存。
